Dear Abhijeet,The changes will be brought only in the scheme of the exam, by replacing optional subjects with compulsory papers for all. There might be no technical papers but only compulsory papers for all which will test you on things required to be a good civil servant (which will be general knowledge in a wide array of things – economics, sociology, geography, pol sc, pub ad, general science, sci and tech, etc etc). I had bladder sling surgery on july 9 2012 to repair a fallen bladder. I am now having some pain in my vagina that is very confusing. burning sensation,itching,almost like a yeast infection but no discharge or redness usually seen with that. it is worse if i have sat for a while,or if i have been standing or walking a lot . i have noticed pain is better if i am not wearing clothes that are constricting.sometimes it is almost as if i cant stand for clothing to touch me in that area.do i need to schedule an appointment with my dr.?

Since the story came out, I’ve had so many requests to start a meat collective in people’s hometowns. Therefore I’ll be working on coming up with an online and in person program in the next year to teach people how to start their own meat collective. It’s a totally sustainable model–in other words, one doesn’t need money to start one, just time. And I should think there are a lot of people who could start on in their community.

For my bridal party, my sister gave everyone a Mardi Gras necklace. During the dinner, nobody was allowed to say my name or my fiance’s name. Anyone who heard someone else say either name was allowed to take that person’s necklace away. August 23, 2012 I got a Fein for Christmas in 2010. My son, a contractor, told me I was nuts to spend so much money when there were other, chpeaer models out there. He went out and bought a Rockwell on sale and told me how great it was. But then he got a chance to use mine. He realized how much better the Fein is and now he wants one. I got the sanding and dust collector accessories and I really use the heck out of it. As a side note, I’ve found that Imperial blades last a lot longer and I really like the titanium-coated ones. I highly recommend them.

The biggest problem is that the file requirements are not on the upload page, it would be nice to know that .dv files aren't accepted before I blindly waited 6 hours for it to upload. Also, there should be a progress bar, to know the status of the upload, and the upload should fail if the file type is not accepted.thanks very much.

The debate about solar energy is really ‘hotting up’ now (excuse the pun ) …there are people who are naysaying solar on the grounds that the solar panels themselves have cost quite a bit in terms of carbon footprint in the manufacturing process. Personally I’m inclined to think that; yes there is a cost but it is only once… the panel itself will continue to producte ‘free’ electricity for many years into the future… I’m with solar energy.

Mindy – I love Switchfoot–so much so that I am going to see them in concert tonight with my sister! Haven’t been to a concert in 8 years so it should be interesting. They sing “Dare you to Move,” “Meant to Live,” “(When I look at the) Stars.” Their album called “Beautiful Letdown” doesn’t have a bad song on it. I’ll also admit, it took Scott Hanselman’s blog entry and chat with Brad Wilson before I really started to figure out some of the strength of it as a desktop OS. Tablet, it’s easy, I’m digging that. As a desktop OS… I’m still a little mixed about the results. However I’m definitely feeling better about it now that I’ve read Hanselman’s stuff and played with some of the options he details.The real question though is, where does one go to learn about all these shortcuts and hidden keyboard combos?

For several years I kept an assortment of dead, dry plants in pots around my desk. I found them to be far easier to care for than the living ones, and when one would break or finally lose all its leaves, I could replace it simply by buying a new live plant and following the instructions on caring for it. Hi Margareth, oven temp is very important with macarons – I just made some today and the oven had been turned off when I had not realized, even though I turned it straight back on they turned out cracked and with no foot – so yes I think your oven temp is the issue. Try 160 and if that does not work try a friends oven. It seems unusual to me the the oven would not go lower – it is not in degrees F is it? I am guessing not as you still managed to bake them and at 160 F they would not bake.

Did anyone see the meteor tracking west to east in the early morning of Oct. 11th, 2010 (about 3:30am Los Angeles time) as it crossed the eastern Pacific ocean? Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
