I think some sort of drive or fundraiser is the way to go but I just thought of a couple ideas.1. Maybe contact Rougue, reebok, etc. and see if they can donate money and/or a couple of pieces of equipment to that box.2. Maybe how about a call to action from all affiliates (east coast and west coast) donate one or two, three pieces of equipment and hav it sent to the box. OR make a home base to receive this equipment and bring it to them in a rented truck with a crew to help clean up and set up.

I love all kinds of squash! One of my favorites is oh-so-simple but such a favorite for fall – acorn squash baked with a pat of butter and sprinkle of brown sugar…mmm so good! I just made a Jamaican pumpkin soup over the weekend that had pumpkin and butternut squash that was awesome! You can't go wrong with squash

I’ve used less expensive rice cookers, but they don’t measure up to the Zojirushi rice cookers. I used to have the 10 cup model, but that one was a little too large for me (it would be great if you’re cooking rice for more than 5 or 6 people). Just put the rice in (remember to wash it first), add water up to the line indicated, and push start … when it turns off, you have perfect rice. I think that the only preventative measure is to keep poor spotty from his favorite pastime, digging! Poor spotty won’t understand why he can’t do this anymore, but dogs are so amazing (especially my dog), they seem to understand when we want to help them. I have found the following method has helped me 100% when I have had Nasal Congestion and difficulty with breathing. I simply use a good dust mask that fits over my nose and mouth. The warm air and the increased humidity always clears up my breathing problem quickly. I can reuse the same dust mask again if I keep it clean in storage. I don’t know if this congestion is the same as Asthma, as I have never asked a doctor about it. Maybe others could try this and find out if it also helps them.

Why should we reduce carbon emissions? I'm all for expanding natural gas production, but the jury (believe it or not) is still out on the effects of carbon emissions. It isn't out. Carbon dioxide is a needed nutrients for plants, which developed and evolved during periods in which concentrations were much higher. CO2 levels lag changes in temperature trends by several hundred years, which make CO2 the effect and temperature change the cause, not the other way around.
Just downloaded the preview version to my Samsung Behold 2 running Android 1.6 Donut. Looks good but when I try and open a new tab, either by Gesture or Plus sign the browser closes. Also, will the bookmark import/export add-on work with this version when it is released? Unfortunately until the new tab bug is fixed I will have to uninstall and go back to the old version.

The kids and I nearly got wiped out at Roma st Parklands this evening. The youngest one listens to commercial radio (yes i know), and really wanted to see a charity concert they were doing this afternoon.Storm got so bad the entire cast, crew and crowd were huddled up on the stage together, in the dark while we were absolutely battered by wind and rain, then moved down backstage till it passed.Lots of beautiful trees over, which is plenty sad
