Generally, once a motion is filed in an eviction case, the Sheriff will not come out to evict. Instead, the Sheriff will send a postcard indicating a motion has been filed to the plaintiff in the case. Once the motion is disposed of, the landlord must go back to the Sheriff with proof of disposition (usually a certified copy of the court order disposing of the motion) to be placed back in the Sh72rff&#8i1e;s system.
